A New Generation of Vaccines

Etubics is developing the next generation of vaccines, utilizing our exclusive next generation adenovirus vector delivery platform and our patented E.C7 cell line to induce cell mediated immunity and antibodies against many diseases. Etubics Next Generation vector vaccine platform has been proven to be safer, more efficient and more effective than current vectored vaccines.

Etubics is currently developing vaccines to treat or protect against the following diseases:

Preventative Vaccines

  • Influenza, including H1N1 and other strains

Vaccines work by eliciting immune responses against microbes that cause diseases and certain cancers. These responses can be categorized as either antibody-mediated or cell-mediated. Almost all current vaccines work by inducing antibodies; most fail to stimulate significant production of cytotoxic T-cells which provides cell-mediated immunity. Etubics has developed a way to create both antibody-mediated and cell-mediated immunity in one vaccine.

It is now clear that many diseases, such as malaria, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), influenza viruses, herpes simplex virus, hepatitis C virus and certain cancers, are not destroyed by antibodies alone and will require a new generation of vaccines that can elicit strong cell-mediated immunity.
